for the woman who has carried more than she should have had to.

She learned how to survive before she learned how to rest.

The woman who pours into others while quietly healing herself.

Although people have misunderstood and underestimated her, she continues to rise.

These poems are not instructions.

They are reminders.

Reminders of your worth.

Reminders of your strength.

Reminders of who you are beyond your relationships and responsibilities.
