Canada is a fantastic country and arguably the best place on planet earth where anybody would want to live, raise a family or die. I came to this conclusion after a personal, very thorough and unbiased assessment of a number of factors. By the same token, Canada has many attractions for a skilled migrant. This is the position of many people around the world. In the words of my brother when this topic came up between us, "it is not easy to build such a nation with so much enduring, enviable, functional institutions and humanistic values. However, it is not fun for many people who are rushing to Canada". I agree fully with him.
