The title of my book, A Purpose-Driven Transformation: After 30 Years of Incarceration, refers to the profound personal journey I underwent after spending three decades in prison. This experience entailed a meaningful change rooted in purpose, healing, and growth.
My transformation included a deep change in mindset, behavior, and life direction-involving emotional healing, education, and personal development. This purpose-driven change isn't random or superficial; it's guided by a clear sense of mission-to help others, rebuild my life, and make positive contributions to society.
After thirty years of incarceration, I confronted the immense challenge of reentering society after a long prison sentence, while developing an unrelenting determination to do so positively.
