She is particularly interested in nonprofit organization management and communication and emergency management. \u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003e\u003cstrong\u003eChin-Chung Chao\u003c\/strong\u003e is Professor of Communication at University of Nebraska at Omaha. Her primary research interests span conflict management, leadership, intercultural communication, organizational communication, and media communication. She has written two published books, twenty peer-reviewed articles, and ten book chapters.
